All items at Inktiva are handmade, personalized, and made to order.
For that reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our end, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of:

The packaging

The shipping label

We’ll gladly review the issue and arrange a replacement when applicable.

Please note:

Due to the handmade and sublimation process, slight variations in color, placement, or finish are normal and are not considered defects.

We cannot offer refunds for incorrect personalization provided by the customer.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each item is custom-made.
