At Inktiva, every item is handmade, personalized, and crafted with care.
Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Because each item is custom-made, please allow:
3–5 business days for production (before shipping).
During peak seasons (Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.), processing may take 5–7 business days.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Time
Standard USPS / UPS shipping typically takes:
3–7 business days depending on your location.
Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We are always happy to help guide you if needed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:
The product
The packaging
The shipping label
We will gladly remake or replace the damaged item.
Address Information
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
