Inktiva is a small business specializing in handmade, personalized, and made-to-order items.
Because each product is custom crafted, variations in color, placement, and design may occur — this is part of the handmade charm.

2. Processing Times

All items are made to order.
Production usually takes 3–5 business days (5–7 during peak seasons).
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number when your order ships.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping timelines depend on the carrier (USPS/UPS).
Carrier delays are outside of our control.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because all items are personalized, we do not accept:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

5. Accuracy of Personalization Details

Customers are responsible for submitting correct names, dates, colors, and customization details.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for mistakes provided by the customer.

6. Prices & Payment

Prices may change at any time without notice.
Orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Inktiva accepts all major payment methods offered through Shopify.

7. Copyright & Artwork

All designs, photos, and products are the creative property of Inktiva.
You may not copy, sell, or reproduce any content without written permission.

Any images provided by the customer (photos for custom orders) must be owned by the customer or used with permission.

Your personal information is used only to process your order and will never be sold or shared.
